This ownership type allows one or more owners. Selecting the primary owner is required, but the percent interest is not. If set to false, the 'Not Specified' ownership type is not selectable. Set to True to allow users to select an ownership type of "Not Specified" on transfers. The default is false.
Automatically create conveyance form numbers Effective Date Boolean Used during the Transfer Detail task. If true, the Transfer Detail Id is used for the conveyance form with no leading zeros. If false, the value is validated to make sure it is unique. The default value is True. Set to false if not automatically creating the conveyance form numbers. The default is True.
Automatically Create Legal Party for Transfer Grantees Effective Date Boolean Defines whether to enable the option to edit the legal party in the Legal Party and Grantees panels on the Parcel Verification screen that is accessed via the Workflow for new parcel transfers from Documentum. Set to true to enable editing of the legal party and grantee during the parcel verification step of the workflow process.
Barcode Serial Number Effective Date Boolean Used to define the number of digits in the barcode serial number for the intelligent mail barcode. Enter the correct barcode serial number, depending on the one assigned by the postal service.
Barcode type Effective Date Boolean Used to define the barcode type. Enter the barcode type assigned by the postal service.
Block Mailing Addr Functionality Effective Date Used to block mailing address functionality. This may not apply to your jurisdiction. Palm Beach: For records exported to the Property Appraiser's FTP site (PANET) for appraiser processing, mailing address updates are blocked if zero amount is due or if the property is a homestead. The following conditions must exist: 1.) The Block Mailing Addr Functionality application setting must be set to True, 2.) The user role has no rights (view, execute, create, modify, or delete) in non-menu items for the Override Block Mailing Address edits non-menu item; 3.) Any revenue object associated with the legal party has all the tax bills paid, and 4.) The value modifier, whose short description is set in the records appsetting Value Modifier to be checked for Homestead exists for any of the revenue objects associated to the legal party.  The mailing address grid on the Maintain Legal Party page will not display the buttons to add or edit the mailing address if all of the above conditions are true. Set to True to block mailing address functionality in Records. Set to false (default) to allow Records mailing address functionality.  See also the Value Modifier to be checked for Homestead application setting.
Calculate % ownership when % not supplied for Tenants in Common Effective Date String

For tenants in common an owner can sell their partial interest of a property in certain jurisdictions. This application setting must be set to False to prevent the application from calculating the percentage if no percentage is provided for this type of transfer.

NOTE: Records currently accommodates transfers via Records > Revenue Object Maintenance > Maintain Revenue Objects - Task T - Transaction Serving as Source of Title (Transfer).  

Set to true to calculate the percentage of ownership when the percentage is not supplied for Tenants in Common.  See also the application setting Require 100% ownership interest for tenancy in common, which must also be set to true to allow a blank (undefined) value for the interest.
Calendar that determines the current year Effective Date The type of calendar that determines the current year for creating new TAGs.  For example, let's say the Levy Calendar is set to 7/1/ through 6/30 with a Start Year Basis of 2012. The range for the Levy year would be 7/1/2012 thru 6/30/2013. When creating a new revenue object or when changing the TAG on an existing revenue object, the new TAG would not display until 7/1/2012 because it is looking at the Levy Calendar. This application setting changes the calendar to Assessment Administration which has a date range of 1/1 through 12/31 and makes the new TAG available for use. Enter the calendar that determines the current year, for example, Tax Year (default).
CAMA System Effective Date String

Used when Aumentum Records is integrated with Aumentum Technologies CAMA (ProVal Plus).

IMPORTANT If you are using ProVal, you must have this application setting set correctly to the correct ProVal version. If set to None, certain general update events that occur in Records, such as TAG changes, redescriptions, transfers, and change of a revenue object status, will not be recorded in the events table that is also used by Assessment Administration's corrections processing. If you do not use ProVal or RPA, leave the default setting of None; Aumentum will not load any proval-specific or RPA-specific information.

Enter the default county to use for all new filing revenue objects. Users will have the ability to override the default value, if necessary, when creating new filings. The default is blank. Notification is provided if Custom CAMA integrated with Aumentum is turned off. If this application setting equals CustomCAMA, a call is generated to the CustomCAMA webservice or API to ensure the settings are valid. If the call fails, the alert message, Integration is not turned on. Notify your system administrator is displayed. Click OK to proceed.
Compute Delivery Point from primary address Effective Date System Boolean Computes the delivery point from the primary address based on the IM Barcode Max Zip Code Characters (5, 9,11) application setting. Together, these two appsettings are used in the Update Intelligent Mail Barcode process (Records > Batch Processes > Intelligent Mail Barcode Update Batch > Update Intelligent Mail Barcode). NOTE: Use this application setting in combination with the IM Barcode Max Zip Code Characters (5, 9,11) application setting to compute the delivery point from the primary address when updating intelligent mail barcodes via Records > Batch Processes > Intelligent Mail Barcode Update Batch > Update Intelligent Mail Barcode.
Confidential revenue object message Effective Date String Controls the text of the message displayed in the situs and/or mailing address fields when performing a revenue object search if the user's security role for revenue objects does not allow viewing (no read privileges) of confidential information. The default message displayed is CONFIDENTIAL ADDRESS. Optionally, change the message as applicable to your site.
Create New Revenue Object - Default County Effective Date String Sets the default County for new filing revenue objects. This value is not used for new parcel revenue objects because the default county for parcels comes from the General Parcel definition. If your installation is integrated with Aumentum Technologies CAMA (ProVal Plus), select the ProVal Plus version that you are running - either 7.9 or 7.10. See important comment. The The default is 'none'.
Ebilling Registration Options Effective Date Defines ebilling options for PINs with an E-Billing PIN flag attached to the Legal Party Role set on them on the Info Center Manage Flags screen. Options are Allow only OwnersAllow Owners and Legal Parties, and Allow Owners, Legal Parties, andAnonymous Emails. Set as applicable.  If set to Allow only Owners the Legal Party Role dropdown on any screen that has that field shows only the names of legal parties in the role type of Owner. If set to anything else or if the Flag Type is not E-Billing PIN but a flag is attached to the Legal Party Role, all legal party role names are included in the Legal Party Role dropdown.
Enable Correspondence Event Recording Effective Date Enables generation of a Aumentum event when Records correspondence is generated. Set to true to create a Aumentum event when Records correspondence is generated. False is the default.
Effective Date Effective Date Systype

The date a specific transaction is recognized as having legally taken place for Records tasks.

Set the date type to use for the effective date. The default is Document Date.
General Parcel PIN Effective Date String Sets the PIN for the default, general parcel. This parcel is used to create all other parcels in Records. Set to GENERAL PARCEL.
Global Search Results Limit Effective Date String Defines the number of records returns when performing a search by revenue object. The default is -1, which returns all revenue objects matching the search criteria. Set to any value (e.g., 10 to return 10, 50 to return 50, etc.) to define the number of records to return during the revenue object search
Group 1 Account Id Effective Date String Used to enter the Group 1 account Id. Enter the Group 1 account Id number.
Group 1 Account Password Effective Date String Used to enter the Group 1 account password. Enter the Group 1 account password.
Group 1 Connection Timeout (ms) Effective Date String Defines the amount of time in minutes to allow for the Group 1 Connection before timing out. Enter the timeout time in minutes.
Group 1 Max addresses to group validate Effective Date Integer This is the number of addresses to validate at one time. Suggested value is 2000. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. The default can be changed if needed; only for Group 1 users. The default is 2000.
Group 1 Minimum confidence level Effective Date Integer This is the number indicating percent of confidence that the address is correct. The default value is 80. Any address meeting the confidence level will be accepted. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. The default can be changed, if needed, to increase or decrease the confidence level; only for Group 1 users. The default is 80, meaning 80% confidence level.
Group 1 Validate mailing addresses Effective Date Boolean Enable validation and city/state lookup by zipcode, when using Group 1 Software for mailing address validation. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. If false, Group 1 validation will not take place. Set to True if you are using Group 1 software for address validation.
Group1 account id Effective Date String The account id is the login name for Group 1 Software.  Also set the other Group 1 application settings. Enter the account id if using Group 1 software.
Group1 account password Effective Date String The account password is the password for Group 1 Software. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. (Note that glclient.dll must be in the bin directory or an error will occur at login.) Enter the password if using Group 1 software.
Group1 connection timeout (ms) Effective Date String String of text for the server connection timeout, in milliseconds. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. Adjust the Group 1 server connection timeout if needed. The default is '50000'.
Group1 host Effective Date String String for the Group 1 host name. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. Enter the Group 1 host name, if different than default. The default is 'localhost'. 
Group1 path Effective Date String String for the Group 1 server path. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. Enter the Group 1 server path, if different than default.The default is 'dcg/gateway'.
Group1 port Effective Date String String for the Group 1 server port. Also set the other Group 1 application settings. Enter the Group 1 server port, if different than default. The default is '8080'.
IM Barcode Max Zip Code Characters (5, 9, 11) System.Int32 Used to define the maximum postal code barcode to use for updating the intelligent mail barcode via Records > Batch Processes The default is 9. Melissa Minimum Confidence Level Effective Date Integer Defines a percentage threshold of address validity confidence for which an address is considered valid. For example, if you set the confidence level at 75%>, if the service is 75%+ confident its address matches the Aumentum address, Aumentum accepts the address. If the service is only <74% confident it matches the Aumentum address, Aumentum rejects the address. Postal service type Effective Date Boolean Specifies the postal service type for bulk mail setup for bills. The possible settings are those established by the postal service. The default is Standard Mail. Set the type of mail service type, for example, Bound Printed Matter, Business Reply Mail, etc.
Records changes restricted prior to date Effective Date If a change persisting data in records is attempted in a date prior to the date entered in this setting, the application checks whether the user has restrictions to apply this change (see below for instructions on how to configure restrictions to user roles). If the change is attempted on or later than the date configured in the App Setting, the application does not perform any validation and allows the change. Set "true" if you wish to enable the date-based role security restrictions.
Require 100% ownership interest for tenancy in common Effective Date In certain jurisdictions, for tenants in common an owner can sell their partial interest of a property. Records currently accommodates transfers via Records > Revenue Object Maintenance > Maintain Revenue Objects - Task T - Transaction Serving as Source of Title (Transfer). However, this application setting must be set to True for this type of transfer to allow leaving the interest value blank. Also see the application setting 'Calc ownership interest when not entered for tenancy in common', which must also be set to true to prevent the application from calculating the percentage when left blank. Set to true to allow tenants in common to sell partial interest in a property. See also ' 'Calc ownership interest when not entered for tenancy in common' which must also be set to true for this type of transfer transaction.
Require Streets During Plat workflow Tax year Boolean Set to true to make the entry of streets a requirement when working with plats. Set to false if users have the option to not enter streets during the plat workflow. The default is True.
Require matching ownership (Id, %age and type) on Merge/Plat Effective Date Forces the ownership to be the same when using the revenue object maintenance Merge and Plat tasks. If set to false, and attempting to merge two parcels in the same TAG with different owners, a warning is displayed indicating that, with the option to continue. Sales Analysis Date Effective Date Date/time

Sales Information Form Effective Date This application setting may not apply to your jurisdiction. The application is not set up by itself but also requires systype setup as described next. First, set up the form. Go to Configuration > Systypes > Select or Add a Systype. Select the systype category of Sales Information Form and set the effective date. Click New to create a new Sales Information Form and set up the form on the Edit a Systype screen. Click Edit on the Sales Information Form application setting and select the default form or the form created using the systype setting.
Set todays date as default for creating a legal party association Effective Date Boolean Sets the effective date as the current date (rather than blank default) on the Create Legal Party Associations screen, accessed via the Records > Revenue Object Maintenance task, task L (Legal Party Associations) Set to true to populate the Effective Date field on the Create Legal Party Associations screen with the current date default (rather than blank).

TAG Format Auto Assign Button Effective Date Boolean California. Defines whether to auto assign the next TAG number when creating TAGs. For example, if the highest tag for 000 is 000-055, the next TAG number generated is 000-056. if the highest tag for 000-00 is 000-002, the next TAG generated is 000-003. If the highest TAG for 000-00 is 000-009, and error displays because the next match cannot be made since the highest TAG second value only has 2 digits. When set to True an Assign button displays on the Set Up Tax Authority Group screen. Set to True for the system to auto assign the next TAG number on the Set Up Tax Authority Group screen.
TAG Format String Effective Date Integer Define the TAG Format used for TAGs when creating new TAGs and for various other tasks, such as for the Levy Management > Jurisdictional Changes task. Click Edit on the application setting and enter the TAG format. The default format is ###-###.

The value modifier, whose short description is set in the records appsetting Value Modifier to be checked for Homestead exists for any of the revenue objects associated to the legal party.  The mailing address grid on the Maintain Legal Party page will not display the buttons to add or edit the mailing address if all of the above conditions are true. Zip Code Lookup for Non-Group1 Effective Date Boolean Set to false if your Aumentum installation uses Group1 Software for address validation and zip code lookup. Set to True if you are using the Non-Group1 method for zip code lookup. This method runs the PostalCdLookup.bat process to update the Aumentum PostalCdLookup table with the contents of the ZipCode.dat file. The default is false
